Caterina Rapisarda was born in Rome, Italy, in 1985. In 2010 she graduated cum laude in Electronic Engineering with major in microwave at Tor Vergata University of Rome. She started her career in Microlease, partner of Keysight Technology. Since 2011 she has been in Leonardo, electronics division. Her interests include technologies for new generation of AESA architectures, digital signal processing and model based engineering. She received the “Rita and Sebastiano Raeli Award” for engineering in 2011, the “Outstanding Paper Award EDI CON” in 2017 and the “Leonardo Innovation Award” in 2019. She is a designated member of electronic engineering academic course committee at Tor Vergata University of Rome.
